Sous r\u00e9serve de l\u2019accord \u00e9crit de la ville, les associations peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’une bo\u00eete aux lettres\u00a0pour y recevoir leur courrier. En cas de besoin, les bo\u00eetes aux lettres peuvent \u00eatre mutualis\u00e9es entre\u00a0plusieurs associations.
La demande doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e par le responsable l\u00e9gal de l\u2019association \u00e0 Monsieur le Maire\u00a0d\u2019H\u00e9rouville Saint-Clair.

La Maison des Associations propose prioritairement l’accueil des associations h\u00e9rouvillaises et d\u2019associations ext\u00e9rieures dont le projet associatif repr\u00e9sente de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le territoire h\u00e9rouvillais et ses habitants.
Les locaux \u00e0 usage de bureau sont soit affect\u00e9s compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 une association, soit affect\u00e9s en commun \u00e0 deux ou trois associations dans les \u00e9tages du b\u00e2timent.
Les associations accueillies disposent selon le cas, d\u2019un bureau de 6m\u00b2, 12 m\u00b2, 24m\u00b2 ou 36m\u00b2 et participent aux charges de l\u2019\u00e9quipement.<\/p>\n

Proc\u00e9dure :<\/p>\n

  • Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019un bureau, les associations doivent \u00e9crire un courrier adress\u00e9 \u00e0 Monsieur le Maire d\u2019H\u00e9rouville Saint Clair. Dans ce courrier, l\u2019association doit justifier du besoin d\u2019un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 pour d\u00e9velopper leur activit\u00e9 administrative afin de p\u00e9renniser ou d\u00e9velopper leur activit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  • Pi\u00e8ces justificatives \u00e0 joindre au courrier : les statuts et le projet de l\u2019association, les actions mises en place et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de bilan financier.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    La d\u00e9cision de mise \u00e0 disposition est prise par l\u2019\u00e9lu en charge de la vie associative.<\/div>\n
    Si la demande est valid\u00e9e, une convention de mise \u00e0 disposition sera instruite pour pr\u00e9ciser les r\u00e8gles de fonctionnement, les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019utilisation et d\u2019\u00e9quipement du local mis \u00e0 disposition.
