S3A, S<\/span>tructure A<\/span>ssociative d’A<\/span>ide aux A<\/span>ssociations, est une structure d’accompagnement du tissu associatif local qui compte environ 150 adh\u00e9rents. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1994, elle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son expertise et \u00e9largi son territoire d’action sur tout le bassin de vie de l’agglom\u00e9ration Caen la mer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous agissons dans le champ de l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale pour b\u00e2tir de la citoyennet\u00e9, consid\u00e9rant que celle-ci participe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mancipation des individus, \u00e0 la coh\u00e9sion sociale et \u00e0 l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des territoires.<\/p>

Nous avons pour mission de\u00a0soutenir, aider, assister toute association et tout porteur de projet collectif<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0pr\u00e9sent sur notre bassin de vie qui se reconna\u00eet dans nos valeurs.<\/p>

Notre accompagnement vise, par son processus et ses m\u00e9thodes,\u00a0\u00e0 agir AVEC nos adh\u00e9rents,\u00a0<\/strong>et non \u00e0 leur plac<\/strong>e<\/strong>,<\/span> en cherchant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre de la mani\u00e8re la plus concr\u00e8te et la plus adapt\u00e9e possible \u00e0 leurs attentes.<\/p>

Notre r\u00f4le consiste \u00e0 les aider \u00e0 identifier\/exprimer leurs besoins, puis \u00e0 apporter les \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires pour y r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>

Nous assistons l\u2019association, ou le porteur de projet, dans les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes que son projet doit n\u00e9cessairement franchir pour pouvoir se r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Valoriser les comp\u00e9tences et renforcer les moyens d’agir des personnes (dirigeants, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, salari\u00e9s, membres, usagers, etc…) au sein de leur association pour favoriser leur autonomie \u00e0 travers la mise en oeuvre de leur projet associatif.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Renforcer la citoyennet\u00e9 et la d\u00e9mocratie participative<\/span><\/div>

Participer \u00e0 la construction d’une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 assurant le d\u00e9veloppement des personnes et de l’int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif. Veiller, au sein d’S3A, entre autres, au d\u00e9veloppement de la d\u00e9mocratie participative par la mise en place d’une gouvernance d\u00e9mocratique favorisant le partage de l’information, la prise de d\u00e9cision collective, la reconnaissance du r\u00f4le de chacun et la transparence.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

Faciliter l’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 notre projet associatif, privil\u00e9gier la recherche de l’int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif en valorisant les dynamiques inter-associatives, les d\u00e9marches de coop\u00e9ration, de mutualisation, cr\u00e9atrices de lien social et de renforcement des initiatives.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>
