Dans le cadre de sa r\u00e9organisation de 2018, Carrefour Hypermarch\u00e9s a mis en \u0153uvre un Plan de D\u00e9part Volontaire, ayant pour cons\u00e9quence des suppressions d\u2019emplois au niveau du d\u00e9partement du Calvados. Afin d\u2019en compenser les impacts \u00e9conomiques et sociaux, Carrefour a souhait\u00e9 participer \u00e0 la revitalisation des bassins d\u2019emploi affect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrefour s\u2019engage ainsi \u00e0 contribuer, en collaboration avec les acteurs du territoire, \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019activit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9rant de nouveaux emplois dans le d\u00e9partement du Calvados et, notamment, \u00e0 renforcer le soutien aux structures de l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale et solidaire, en permettant la constitution d\u2019un fonds de subvention, permettant le soutien de cr\u00e9ations d\u2019emplois au sein des structures ESS implant\u00e9es dans le Calvados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le montant de cette aide est de 4 000 \u20ac par emploi cr\u00e9\u00e9.
Les dossiers seront instruits par la CRESS Normandie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entreprises \u00e9ligibles <\/strong>
Sont \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 ce dispositif, toutes les entreprises d\u2019ESS implant\u00e9es dans le Calvados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emplois \u00e9ligibles <\/strong>
Sont \u00e9ligibles, au titre de cette subvention, les contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 temps plein, cr\u00e9\u00e9s apr\u00e8s le 28 f\u00e9vrier 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modalit\u00e9s de versement des subventions<\/strong>
Les subventions seront vers\u00e9es par la CRESS Normandie apr\u00e8s la fin de la p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai, lorsque le salari\u00e9 concern\u00e9 sera confirm\u00e9 dans son poste en CDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
