branche.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme \u00e9chang\u00e9 ensemble, il convient d\u00e9sormais que vous preniez le temps collectivement en interne dans vos associations de vous approprier toutes ces informations afin de discuter le sc\u00e9nario de mise en \u0153uvre avec m\u00e9thode et dans le dialogue.&nbsp;<br>De notre c\u00f4t\u00e9 nous restons \u00e0 votre \u00e9coute et vous proposons :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>soit de vous&nbsp;<em><strong>accompagner individuellement<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;dans cette mise en oeuvre si n\u00e9cessaire, avec possible facturation compl\u00e9mentaire de notre part \u00e0 discuter ensemble ;<\/li><li>soit de participer aux&nbsp;<strong><em>ateliers th\u00e9matiques collectifs \u00ab\u00a0rdv 182\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, que de 17h \u00e0 19h : la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs &#8211; salaires de bases, primes diverses<\/li><li>lundi 29 novembre de 17h \u00e0 19h : l&rsquo;entretien obligatoire, ma\u00eetrise professionnelle &#8211; livret parcours professionnel du salari\u00e9<\/li><li>Ces ateliers vont sont propos\u00e9s gratuitement, ils ont valeurs de groupes d&rsquo;\u00e9changes entre pairs que nous animerons pour \u00e0 la fois chercher \u00e0 apporter des r\u00e9ponses concr\u00e8tes aux questions que l&rsquo;on peut se poser et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ensemble sur la meilleure
